Refund & Replacement Policy

At MushSquid, all of our products are made-to-order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before placing your order.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mushsquid.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will offer a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  2. Contact us at info@mushsquid.com

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies (damaged or incorrect), we will replace it at no additional cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.

However, please note that this right may not apply to custom-made or made-to-order products. Contact us for clarification if needed.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
