All items are made-to-order and typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • Most international countries

We do not ship to Europe at this time.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 4–8 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • International (non-Europe): 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.


Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

(Some products may offer flat-rate shipping when applicable.)


Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates.


Delays

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

We will assist you, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
