All products are made-to-order. This means items are produced specifically after you place an order.

We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color or appearance due to screen differences and printing variations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered production (typically within 12 hours).

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. All payments are securely processed via Shopify and its payment partners.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • High demand or external factors

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the customer.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

We only offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect orders

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all transactions are between you and MushSquid.

Shopify is not responsible for any issues related to purchases made on this site.
